RFQ: Closed-die forged yoke, 4340 steel, 5,000 per year

Hi, need a quote for the attached closed-die yoke forging. Material is 4340 steel, quenched and tempered to 28-32 HRC. Grain flow must follow the part contour. Leave 0.060 in of machining allowance on the bore. Annual usage is 5,000, with 1,200 on the first release. Heat treatment must come from a Nadcap-accredited source.
